On this site, I will be featuring information about the show Dawson's Creek.
I will include reviews of my favorite episodes, information about my favorite song from each episode, and cast biographies.
The show, Dawson's Creek, was first
aired in January of 1998 and ran for six seasons. Immediately the show gained a large following with its portrayal
of four intelligent teenagers in the fictional town of Capeside, Massachusetts. The show was centered around the
relationships between these four high school students. Dawson was the Spielberg obsessed sophomore . Joey was
Dawson's best friend since childhood, harboring a secret crush on him. Pacey was Dawson's smart mouthed friend
and Jen was Dawson's beautiful new neighbor from New York. Although later, there were additions made to the cast, these
four characters were the basis for the series. The show took the characters through high school and two years of college,
with a final episode focusing on the characters' lives after college. Dawson's Creek was created by Kevin Williamson
and is loosely based on his own adolescent years. Reruns of the show can be seen in syndication weekday mornings on
the TBS Superstation.
